We are embarking on a journey this semester together to fulfill a goal that no one else on earth has ever been brave enough to set. This journey is about changing our lives, about doing the right things for our bodies and about growing as individuals. The past 4 years at Presbyterian College has taken its toll and it is time we fight back. So, on Reading Day before Exams we will be floating in the fountain on campus in the least amount of clothes as possible showing off our new beach bodies!

Before....
Walking towards our destiny....Lee and Olivia, Winter 09.
Lee: senior, 21 year-old, nicotine addict, and muscleless mass. Driving to be a fitness god and the object of everyone's affection. Move over fat deposits, welcome the myocytes!!
Olivia: senior, 21 yrs old. Junk-food addict, emotional eater, and guilty-as-charged couch-potato. Hoping this will encourage me to "pursue excellence" in my personal health and fitness, and will encourage others to do the same.
